Kitchen Crew
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items including hot dogs, brats, fries, and sides to Chill Dogs' standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times.
Assist with food prep, portioning, and restocking during shifts.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Work as a team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered quickly
Complete opening and closing tasks.
Who You Are:
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure.
Detail-oriented with pride in food quality and presentation.
Must be at least 16 years old; kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
Counter Crew
What You'll Do:
Greet guests, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
Handle cash register and POS transactions.
Prepare drinks, ice cream, and desserts.
Keep the front counter, dining area, and condiment stations clean and stocked.
Work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver quick, high-quality service.
Complete daily opening/closing tasks.
Who You Are:
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
Dependable and able to multitask under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Must be at least 16 years old; previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required!
